Experience |
· 23 years rail industry experience, including bridge and culvert construction and renewal, trackwork, earthworks and drainage. · Senior positions held include Trackwork Renewals Manager RSA/FreightCorp involving management of 280 staff, operation of departmental wagon fleet of 120 wagons and delivery of an annual program of in excess of 200km of new rail per annum. · Infrastructure Manager for Freight Australia managing budget of $30 - $45 million pa delivered by contract and 4200km of network assets (track, bridges and signalling). · Quality and Rail Safety management System development and implementation for GRA, ADrail, ABB, Freight Australia and FreightRail. · Railway capital and operating cost modelling for infrastructure and above rail components in a variety of applications ranging from new maintenance structures at Leigh Ck, Victorian Country Rail Network, Works Infrastructure Bids for RFR and NZ Maintenance as well as total system assessments for GRA and CSR. |
