Plateway has an extensive project management capability ranging from the provision of technical and supervisory staff to total packages for the management of railway infrastructure construction, maintenance and renewals.  Diverse works managed have included track construction and maintenance, signalling installation, passenger platform construction and bridge construction.

 

We support this effort with out in-house project control systems (which are compliant with AS4292 Railway Safety Management Systems), scheduling tools, estimating capability and in depth knowledge of achievable productivity in the operating rail industry environment.
